Endurance Sports

In addition to research, I compete in endurance sports including ultramarathons, triathlons, cycling, open-water swimming, and obstacle racing.

I approach endurance sports as a system of long-term adaptation, similar to research: consistent effort, failure recovery, and incremental improvement.
